As a concerned parent you have the right to know more about where you are sending your child and, we understand that you might be nervous sending your child off to camp for the first time with perhaps what looks like a bunch of strangers. Here is some information about the staff qualifications, camp policies, and camp standards. We hope this will put your mind a bit more at ease.

Staff Qualifications PDF Print

The Camp Elim camp board is responsible for hiring both paid staff members and volunteer staff members. Anyone interested in applying for work at Camp Elim must first send a staff application form to Camp Elim. The camp board will then process the application form and decide whether or not to hire the individual.

Camp Elim is an accredited member of the Saskatchewan Camping Association. This is an accrediting body that makes sure camps meet certain requirements. Each year SCA members must scrutinize their programs to make sure they still meet all of the requirements needed to be a member.
